Shipping Policy

At WooAttire, we strive to deliver a seamless and timely shipping experience for both individual shoppers and bulk buyers across India. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery timelines, costs, and terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Order processing may take longer during high-demand periods, sales, or for bulk orders.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. Customers can select their preferred method during checkout.
  • The shipping provider and estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping Charges

  • B2C Orders:
    • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹699 (excluding taxes, COD fees, or discounts).
    • Free shipping is offered on orders ₹699 and above at select locations. Additional regional charges may apply for remote or special delivery zones.
    • The exact shipping fee will be visible at checkout based on your pincode and order value.
  • B2B Orders:
    • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and logistics partner availability.
    • Final shipping charges will be shared before order confirmation or shown during checkout for select B2B orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.


4. Shipping Address & Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including a valid mobile number.
  • Once an order is shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be delayed or returned.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking link provided.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active after shipment.


6. Delivery & Confirmation

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
  • For remote areas or high-volume orders, delivery may take 7–10 business days.
  • Signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery for security.
  • In the event of non-availability, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the order to our warehouse.

7. Customs, Taxes & Duties (B2B Orders)

  • For bulk orders or inter-state shipments, any applicable customs duties, entry taxes, or other levies are to be borne by the B2B buyer.
  • WooAttire is not responsible for delays caused by customs or regulatory checks.

8. Split Shipments

  • For large bulk orders, we may dispatch items in multiple shipments to optimize delivery time.
  • You will receive separate tracking details for each package, if applicable.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

WooAttire is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Pandemics, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Courier delays, strikes, or other events beyond our control

We will, however, do our best to keep you updated and minimize inconvenience.

11. Additional Notes

Shipping charges or convenience fees, if applicable, will be visible at checkout and are non-refundable.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via WooAttire.com.

The policy is subject to change without prior notice, and we recommend reviewing it before placing new orders.
