At WooAttire, we are committed to ensuring a positive and hassle-free shopping experience for both individual customers (B2C) and bulk buyers (B2B). Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to offer transparency and fairness while maintaining product quality and service efficiency.
Returns Overview
- All orders are considered final once confirmed and processed.
- Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products.
- Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.
- B2C customers may request returns or exchanges for eligible items within the 7-day window.
- B2B buyers are expected to inspect goods upon delivery and report issues immediately.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
- Any item returned after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition.
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Missing parts not due to our error.
Return Process
For B2C Customers:
- Email us at care@wooattire.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID and the reason for return along with photos (if applicable).
- Customers must self-ship the product via any reliable courier.
- Once received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund/exchange.
For B2B Buyers:
- Contact our support team at care@wooattire.com or call us at +91 97116 33043 immediately upon delivery.
- Provide order details and photos of defects or damages.
- B2B buyers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.
- Items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is initiated.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of returned goods.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In cases of partial refunds, customers will be informed via email.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
B2C Customers:
- Exchange is allowed for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
- You must initiate the exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are not accepted for customized or final sale items.
B2B Buyers:
- Exchange is allowed only for defective or damaged products in bulk orders.
- Contact customer support to process an exchange.
- Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
Handling Fees
- B2C Customers: No handling fees for regular returns. Charges may apply in special cases (e.g. misuse or repeated returns).
- B2B Buyers: May incur handling or restocking fees depending on order volume and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Products
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following product categories are non-returnable:
- Undergarments or innerwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Accessories once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at care@wooattire.com.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
- Woo Attire reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability.
Right to Restrict Returns or Exchanges
WooAttire reserves the right to refuse or restrict returns/exchanges if:
- A customer is found misusing the return policy.
- There is a pattern of repeated returns or fraudulent activity.
